Choose your experience

Three packages. Same price. Pick your team's vibe.

Each one is grounded in a core skill from the Evergreen Experience approach: clarity, confidence, creativity, and critical thinking.

Package 1 · Critical thinking & clarity

Escape the Box

Cut through the noise, think clearly under pressure, and solve problems as a team.

The Big Idea

Clarity beats chaos. Your team picks up a simple way to focus on what really matters and make good decisions together, even when the clock is ticking.

The challenge

A tabletop escape room with two missions to choose from: battle the hacker group VECTOR to restore operations, or win a state survey's race to compliance. Teams crack clues against the clock, connect the dots, and break out first.

Great for

Problem solving Communication Friendly competition
Package 2 · Creativity & confidence

The Imagination Factory

Your team's very own candy factory, locked doors, and a golden ticket on the line.

The Big Idea

Creativity is a skill, not a personality trait. Your team will practice sparking new ideas, building on each other's thinking, and turning "what if?" into action.

The challenge

A candy-factory adventure. Teams tackle crazy, innovative station challenges to collect the resources they need, racing to unlock their very own factory first and win the golden ticket.

Innovation Confidence Holiday fun
Package 3 · Communication & clarity

The Legend of the Frogman

A detective vanished, his case files just surfaced, and a local legend is lurking.

The Big Idea

Great teams don't just talk; they listen. We'll dig into asking better questions, sharing what you know, and keeping a cool head when the pieces don't add up.

The challenge

A who-done-it mystery built from the lost case files of Detective Alistair Crane, inspired by the Loveland Frogman. Teams crack his puzzles, work the suspect pool, and decide: is one of these people guilty, or will the Legend of the Frogman prove true?

About Evergreen Experience

A small team delivering big results

Evergreen Experience is a personal and professional development company serving the Tri-State area, run by a husband-and-wife team. We stay small on purpose so we can keep costs low, impact high, and relationships personal.

We're experts in leadership development and team engagement. Most of our work focuses on leaders, but this experience is built for the whole team: everyone from the front desk to the corner office can jump in, contribute, and take something back to work.

Our founder is a consultant and former executive who has led teams from 5 to 500 and developed leaders at every level, from the frontlines to the boardroom.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How many people can join?

The $500 price covers groups of 10–39 people (minimum 10). For groups of 40 or more, reach out for a custom quote.

Why the deal?

We're growing our presence here in the Tri-State, and we'd rather earn your trust than ask for it. This intro pricing helps us get in front of more great teams and build up our reviews. So part of the deal when you book is that you leave us an honest review afterward. Glowing or constructive, it helps us keep growing and keep getting better.

Who is Evergreen Experience?

We're a small, faith-based, husband-and-wife team with deep experience in leadership development and team engagement. We felt called to serve small and medium-sized businesses, where this kind of training and partnership is often out of reach on cost. Bigger consulting firms can do great work, but not every team can afford them, and we want to fill that gap. So we keep our prices smaller and your return on investment bigger.

Where does the event happen?

At your space or at one of our local partner venues. We serve the Tri-State area (Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeastern Indiana), with no travel fee anywhere in the Tri-State.

Is a virtual option available?

Not at this time. These events are hands-on and built for teams in the same room, so they're in-person only.

What's included, and what isn't?

Facilitation, the Big Idea training, and all challenge materials are included. Venue rental and food are not included in the base fee.

How do I reserve a date?

Click “Book now” on your package and pay the $500 in full at booking. We'll reach out to schedule. Just so you know, payment is non-refundable, because we start buying supplies for your event as soon as you book.

What dates are available?

Intro pricing is available for events booked by December 31, 2026. Dates fill on a first-come basis, so book early if you have a specific day in mind.

Do people need to be "creative" or good at puzzles and mysteries?

Not at all. All three challenges are built so everyone can contribute, whatever their role or experience.

Can we book a longer or bigger program?

Yes! Our full Evergreen Experience events usually run 4–8 hours and work great for in-service days, team retreats, leadership offsites, and more. Many teams use this 2-hour event as a test run. Ask about full-day events.

What if we need to reschedule?

Life happens! Because we start buying supplies for your event as soon as you book, your payment is non-refundable. The good news: you can reschedule! Just give us at least one week's notice, and your payment carries over to your new date.
