Your mission briefing

Something has gone very wrong at work, and the clock has already started.

Choose your crisis: a hacker group called VECTOR has taken over operations, or the state survey team just walked in and the race to compliance is on.

Either way, the clues are on the table, no one has them all, and the only way out is to slow down, think clearly, and work as one team.

Can your team crack it before the clock runs out?

⏱ 2 hours 👥 10–39 people 🤝 In person 🚗 No travel fee in the Tri-State $500 paid in full
Choose your mission

Two crises. One clock. Your pick.

Both missions use the same 2-hour format and build the same skills. You'll choose your theme when we confirm your event.

A glowing computer screen with a red padlock and a countdown timer in a dark server room
Mission 1 · Any workplace

The VECTOR Breach

Overnight, the mysterious hacker group known as VECTOR broke in and took over operations. Systems are locked, screens are counting down, and VECTOR is calling the shots. Your team has to battle VECTOR, take back control, and restore operations before the clock runs out.

Great for offices, operations teams, and anyone who has ever yelled at a printer.

An open binder, a clipboard with a red stamp, a stethoscope, and a timer on a clinic counter
Mission 2 · Healthcare

The Survey Gone Wrong

The state survey team just showed up, and it's a race to compliance. Your team has to identify the gaps, work out which specific case file the surveyors are looking into, and correct the issues before they become a finding.

Built for hospitals, clinics, long-term care, and any team that lives by policies and procedures.

The Big Idea

What this builds in your team

Critical thinking Clarity

Clarity beats chaos. Busy teams don't usually fail for lack of effort; they get stuck in noise, assumptions, and too many priorities at once. In this short, practical session your team picks up a simple way to focus on what really matters, question what they think they know, and make good decisions together, even under pressure.

Then we put it to work right away in a hands-on, competitive challenge, because people remember what they do , not just what they hear.
