We're a small, faith-based, husband-and-wife team with deep experience in leadership development and team engagement. We felt called to serve small and medium-sized businesses that get priced out of big consulting firms, so we keep our costs low and our impact high.
This 2-hour event is a low-risk way to see how we work before you plan something bigger.

How many people can join?
The $500 price covers groups of 10–39 people (minimum 10). For groups of 40 or more, reach out for a custom quote.
How do I book and pay?
Click “Book now · $500” and pay in full at booking. We'll reach out to set up a quick call and confirm your date, group size, and location. Payment is non-refundable, because we start buying supplies for your event as soon as you book.
What if we need to reschedule?
Life happens! You can reschedule with at least one week's notice, and your payment carries over to your new date.
Where does it happen?
In person, at your space or a partner venue. There's no travel fee anywhere in the Tri-State (Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeastern Indiana). We don't offer a virtual version; the hands-on challenge is the point.
Is there a deadline?
Yes. The $500 holiday and New Year intro price is for events booked by December 31, 2026.
Can we do something longer?
Absolutely. Our full Evergreen Experience events run 4–8 hours for in-service days, team retreats, and leadership offsites. Ask about full-day events.
