Recovered from the Little Miami River Case files · A.C.

If you're reading this, someone finally pulled my case out of the river.

For years I chased a string of crimes across Loveland. My notes, my clues, and my suspect roster are all inside. People said I was obsessed. Maybe I was.

Now the crimes have started again, and somebody has to finish what I started.

Will your team identify which of these people is guilty of the crime, or will the Legend of the Frogman prove true?

— Det. Alistair Crane, last entry, 1984

The Big Idea

What this builds in your team

Clarity Critical thinking

Great teams don't just talk; they listen. Most workplace mix-ups aren't about effort; they come from half-shared information and people hearing different things. In this short, practical session your team digs into asking better questions, sharing what they know, and keeping a cool head when the pieces don't add up, so everyone lands on the same, clear picture.

Then we put it to work right away in a hands-on, competitive challenge, because people remember what they do , not just what they hear.
